ACA was founded by Adam Angulo after working in both the financial services and consulting industries. While in banking, Adam launched and chaired Bank of America's first enterprise Hispanic associate affinity mentoring committee. Early in Adam's career, he was introduced to the culture of process excellence and continuous improvement and eventually became Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt certified. Adam's leadership and continuous improvement skills enabled him to build successful teams charged with accelerating the growth of service delivery channels while boosting operational efficiencies and improving customer experience. In 2007, Adam launched Inca Resources (now ACA) so he could share his passion directly with customers!ACA is based in Charlotte, NC and is a minority owned business.
